Answer: All software we provide support remote installation service. We will do it through Teamviewer, Anydesk or Ultraviewer.

Answer: We will support you to test the software after installation, ensuring the software must be working properly and fully functional as we previously committed to you. Not stopping there, in the process of using, if you encounter software errors, we will still support you.

Answer: An Account for rent has several options:

  • 1 time login” means that we will use TeamViewer and log in to my account when you need access. We won’t provide you with the username and password.
  • 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year account” means that we will give you a username and password, and you can log in by yourself.
  • Remote install: We will remotely install the software for you on one PC through TeamViewer or AnyDesk. This option is suitable for people who are unfamiliar with the installation process or don’t have time. We won’t provide you with the install files, keygen, etc.
  • Full software: We will give you the complete software package so that you can install it yourself. It may include the installation file, keygen, installation tutorial, etc.
  • Full software Keygen Block PC: Similar to “Full software,” but we will set up the keygen for you on one PC.
  • Answer: VMWare is a virtual machine software. We have already set up the software on it, and you need to intall VMWare software first and then download my Virtual Machine. Open it and use it.
  • Answer: I have backed up my Windows, including the software, into a file. You can download this file and use Acronis True Image to restore the image onto your PC for use.

  • Your computer is damaged, you replace it with another computer and ask us to reinstall the software for you.
  • Software expires (due to the expiration date of the license), in case of a error or license error but not until the expiration date, we will active or reinstall the software with the version that you currently use.
  • Your hardware device (VCI) is faulty, and the software cannot connect to the vehicle
  • Arbitrarily updating the software to a newer version leads to error.
  • Conflicts with software installed by you or others after we have done the installation on your device
